Shipping policy

We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. This includes, First Class Mail and Priority Mail. All of your shipments are tracked, except for First Class International. We will send you tracking information via email within 1 business day of your shipment.

Please note that on average it takes 3-5 weeks for international shipments to arrive via First Class Mail. We ask that you plan accordingly for holidays and high volume times. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

DISCLAIMER: Duet is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products that occur during transit.

If your order is returned to us, you will be contacted immediately. Failure to respond will result in your order being refunded, excluding shipping. The products will then be returned to inventory.
